Troubleshooting has to carried out by professional electrician

After the crimping machine is energized:

The motor does not working and there is no electricity  

1. Check whether the power switch is off.  

2. Check whether the contactor is closed.  

3. Check whether the fuse is fused.  

4. Check whether the thermal relay is disconnected.  

The motor turns, but the power supply does not work phase  

1. Check whether the fuse is fused.  

2. Check whether all the three wires have electricity.  

Motor reversal  

1. Adjust any two phases of three-phase power supply.  The pressure regulating valve lock nut is loose  

2. Tighten the pressure regulating valve once and tighten the nut.  Hydraulic fluid is not enough  

3. Check whether the oil level is in the liquid level line.  Solenoid directional valve does not operate  (When checking, be sure to set the scale outside the working range)  
1. Check whether the electromagnetic directional valve is electric.  

2. Check whether the electromagnetic reversing valve is stuck.  Solenoid directional valve shall not be electric  

3. Check whether there is a 24V power supply to the solenoid valve pipe press, but it cannot reach the standard pressure and the pressure value is too low  

4. Adjust the pressure regulating valve handle and adjust the pressure to the specified value.  

Maintenance of crimping machine

1. The hydraulic oil of the tank should be changed when it exceeds the rules of the hydraulic oil manufacturer, or the oil level table should be changed visually if the hydraulic oil has been oxidized and blackened.  

2. Always inject anti-wear smooth oil to the moving surface of the mold seat.  

3.
